簡易朱古力蛋糕

簡易朱古力蛋糕

材料

無鹽牛油  50克
糖  60克
雞蛋  1隻
麵粉  45克
可可粉  2湯匙
糖霜  少量 (裝飾用)

做法

  1. 牛油放入小鍋裡,用最小火加熱融化,加入糖拌勻,再加入雞蛋拌勻。
  2. 篩入麵粉和可可粉,拌勻。
  3. 把麵糊倒入已塗上牛油的4吋蛋糕模,放入已預熱至180C的焗爐裡焗20-22分鐘。
  4. 出爐後讓蛋糕完全冷卻,灑上糖霜並放上水果裝飾便成。
