香辣燕麥脆雞

材料

桂格即食燕麥片  ½杯
雞腿肉  3塊
紅辣椒  1條
蒜頭  2瓣
鹽  1茶匙
紅椒粉 (paprika)  1茶匙
蜜糖  1湯匙
生粉 ½杯
水  2湯匙

做法

  1. 紅辣椒去籽切塊
  2. 將紅辣椒與蒜頭放進攪拌機內,加兩湯匙水打成漿,隔去多餘的水,加入蜜糖拌勻
  3. 把即食燕麥片、鹽和紅椒粉混合
  4. 焗爐預熱至220℃
  5. 雞腿肉去皮切塊,先均勻地沾上生粉、再蘸上步驟2混好的辣椒漿,最後均勻地沾上步驟3混好的燕麥片
  6. 把雞塊放在烤盤上,放入焗爐焗30分鐘便成
