【天然感冒熱飲】檸檬蜜糖薑茶

一般傷風感冒我都儘量避免睇醫生, 多飲水多休息再睇睇情況, 仲有我會沖檸蜜薑茶, 飲完暖暖的覺得個人舒服d!

沖嘅時候要注意, 太熱嘅水會破壞檸檬同蜜糖入面嘅營養, 蜜糖味道亦會變酸, 所以先用熱水沖好薑茶, 等一陣先加檸檬蜜糖比較好. 至於蜜糖呢, 我鍾意用蜂巢蜜糖, 聽聞比一般蜜糖更多益處, 所以我都會加埋蜂巢一齊食!

材料

薑 1寸
檸檬汁 1湯匙
蜜糖 適量

做法

將薑磨成蓉, 連薑汁加1杯熱水泡3分鐘

在另一杯內放檸檬汁和蜜糖,薑水隔渣後與蜜糖檸檬汁混合

輕輕攪拌至蜜糖溶解便成,可按口味再加蜜糖或檸檬汁
