【煎牛扒貼士】名廚教你煎出完美medium rare牛扒!

我最怕是買塊靚牛扒返來之後俾自己一手煎衰咗!所以雖然成日煎,我都仲要每次上網睇下究竟點煎先最好,同埋究竟煎幾耐。分享吓我睇返黎的【煎牛扒貼士】:

  1. 記得記得預先將牛扒從雪櫃拎出嚟,變返室溫先好煎
  2. 煎嗰陣要用好猛火,落d牛油同蒜頭會香好多㗎!
  3. 好多人話煎嗰陣唔好郁塊牛扒,其實Gordan Ramsay同Jamie Oliver兩位都是教每分鐘反一反,咁先煎得均勻
  4. 有香草的話最好可以加少少rosemary (迷迭香) 或者thyme (百里香) 一齊煎
  5. 最後,煎完要放喺碟上等幾分鐘先好食

一塊2cm厚的牛扒,medium rare煎6分鐘就夠,要熟d就自己加一兩分鐘
