Houmous (鷹嘴豆泥) 沙律

天氣咁熱, 宜家夜晚都係整一大碟沙律或者一d涼拌小食, dressing都係自己整, 但近來鍾意用houmous(鷹嘴豆泥)同guacamole(牛油果醬)直接撈埋d材料嚟食, 都好好味!! 香港好少人食houmous同guacamole, 但其實兩樣都係健康嘢, 有好多用法, 超市有現成嘅賣。

鍾意整沙律另外一個原因係可以好多變化, 隨便將雪櫃嘅材料放落去都得! 例如今日就用咗翠玉瓜, 甜椒, 紅蘿蔔, 紅椰菜, 沙律菜, houmous。做法基本上係全部材料放埋一齊啦, 不過翠玉瓜, 甜椒, 紅蘿蔔會先焗一焗, 因為焗熟之後會軟d甜d, 成碟沙律食落差好遠架! 最後加d橄欖油, 芝麻, 果仁, 芫茜就完成!

仲有一個貼士就係儘量用多d唔同顏色嘅材料, 多d唔同營養。所以買包裝沙律菜嗰陣我會儘量揀d又紅又綠嘅, 最好有一條條紅菜頭嗰種, 睇落都靚d, 而且紅菜頭又係非常健康, 但如果唔係撈埋一齊我都唔會無端端買嚟食!
