Ingredients
60 ml cherry brandy liqueur (I use De Kuyper for it’s balanced sweetness)
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup (or 10 g sugar and 5 ml water)
15 ml egg white
2 dashes bitters (I use Angostura)
Method
Add all the ingredients and one ice cube in a shaker (or mason jar). Shake until the ice is melted then pour into a cocktail glass through a strainer.
