在家自己做鹽酥雞,加羅勒才算正宗!

材料 雞腿肉 4塊粟粉 半碗羅勒 1把  醃料 生抽 2湯匙鹽 半茶匙糖1茶匙酒2湯匙蛋1隻五香粉 1/4茶匙 做法 將雞腿肉切成小塊,加入醃料拌勻 加入雞蛋,讓每一塊雞肉都沾上蛋液,最少醃15分鐘 將粟粉加入醃好的雞肉中,使每塊雞肉都均勻沾上粟粉 靜置1-2分鐘後再均勻地裹上一層粟粉,備用。 油倒入鍋中後,以中火加溫。 下雞肉時要一塊一塊分別入鍋油炸,以免黏在一起變一大團,炸幾分鐘至雞肉表面金黃即可撈起。 將油重新以中大火加熱,將雞塊一次全部再次入鍋回炸1分鐘撈起,顏色會變成深金黃色。 下羅勒入鍋中,等約20秒後夾起,上碟。
