Baked Nectarines with Cinnamon Honey Drizzle

Ingredients

Serves 2

2 nectarines, halved and pitted
2 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon water
4 knobs of unsalted butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place nectarine halves in a baking tray, cut side up. 
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of the pan juice.
