
Ingredients
Serves 2
2 nectarines, halved and pitted
2 teaspoons honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon water
4 knobs of unsalted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place nectarine halves in a baking tray, cut side up.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of the pan juice.
