I love making smoothies for breakfast. It’s the first thing you make in the day, you can put pretty much any ingredient into it, it’s healthy unless you put too much sugar in it, and the lovely colours always make a bright start of my day.
I only didn’t make smoothies as often as I’d love to because I was too lazy to use my big blender. Now I’ve got a smaller blender for smoothies; it’s just sooo much easier!

Today I’m making a blueberry walnut smoothie, with a sprinkle of cinnamon which gives it a lovely aroma!
Ingredients
50g blueberries
200ml milk
2 tbsp raw walnuts
1 tsp honey, optional
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Pour into a glass, add a little sprinkle of ground cinnamon for garnish and enjoy.
