These lightly charred sweetcorn kebabs with caramelised barbecue sauce are such an easy side dish to make, either on a cast iron grill pan or a barbecue. Serve with slow-cooked ribs or pizza.
4 sweetcorn kebabs (or use 2 corn on the cob and cut each in half)
2 tbsp barbecue sauce (I use the leftover sauce from this recipe)
Heat grill pan to medium. Brush the sweetcorn with oil and barbecue sauce. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning often and brushing more sauce as you turn them.
